These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the service provided by Alchemist Corp Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Software-as-a-Service platform, which enables you to create a real-time API from your Google Sheets (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.

Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or networks. When connecting your Google account, you agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service and OAuth policies.

Google OAuth and API Access

When you connect your Google account to our platform, you grant us permission to access certain Google Sheets data through Google’s OAuth system. This access is limited to what is necessary to deliver the Service. You may revoke access at any time via your Google account settings, which will immediately terminate our ability to access your Sheets data.

Subscriptions and Payments

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed subscription fee on a recurring basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is available below.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Because our product is a subscription-based SaaS, all payments are non‑refundable once processed, except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but you will not be charged again.

Refunds may only be issued in limited circumstances, such as accidental duplicate payments or proven technical issues on our side that prevented you from using the service. Any refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge by contacting us at [email protected].

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Alchemist Corp Ltd. Your use of the Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service itself. You retain full ownership of your own Google Sheets data and content.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, using the Service to create competing products, or engaging in activities that could damage or disrupt the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve months prior to any claim arising.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
